Feng Shui for New Construction or Remodel?

I can help!

While Feng Shui may not be top-of-mind in contemporary architecture that doesn’t mean they can’t get along. After all, the core principles and outcomes of great architecture have much in common with Feng Shui. Many architects strive for natural light, cross ventilation, high ceilings, and an abundance of space.

The fundamental aspects of Feng Shui are simple and rational and can be applied very easily to planning a home or workspace to create an unobstructed flow of warm and harmonious energy.

Maybe most importantly, I’d love to help you avoid creating an obstruction of energy with your remodel or new build. Start the process empowered to create the best space possible.

Before making that big investment, I’d love to help you move forward toward the best home design possible. Please reach out and let’s create your best-case scenario together. I can’t wait to hear about your project.

If you are looking for a new home or getting ready to remodel your current home, reviewing your floor plan and/or architectural drawings with Feng Shui principles is an invaluable tool that could save you thousands of dollars. I can also help with commercial sites and plans.

Pricing: $400 minimum $150/hour for each additional hour needed.

Can You Benefit with Feng Shui if You Don’t Believe?

“I recently started a new law firm in Los Angeles with several partners. A former colleague of ours who had previously used Nicolette’s services had nothing but amazing things to say about the results that came out of their session.  Personally, I do not believe in Feng Shui and had my doubts, but we gave it a try.

Nicolette made recommendations on the furniture placement, colors, and “energy flow.” She pointed out our front door was on a knife edge, which could negatively affect business. All of this was new to me. She also recommended that I position my desk facing the office door, instead of looking out the window. I wanted to angle my desk, but she warned me that was a power position and that I might get overwhelmed with work.  I angled my desk anyway.  In the past month, I have been getting more cases than I could handle, and like she said, I felt overwhelmed.  I just re-organized my desk to the initial way Nicolette recommended and I feel so much more at ease.

If you have never tried Feng Shui, it’s worth giving it a try, whether you choose to believe in it or not. I highly recommend Nicolette’s services as she is a very sweet, pleasant, and knowledgeable person who will take her time to answer any questions you have. Thank you again!”
